Job Overview
As an Art Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute compelling marketing creative for our healthcare clients. You will steer the creative vision, ensure consistency across all channels, and deliver high-quality work that meets and anticipates client needs. You'll lead innovative campaigns across multiple accounts and brands, fostering inspiration and overseeing art direction, visual translation, and execution. This position reports directly to a creative director and will be part of a larger dedicated healthcare creative solutions team.
Experience in the healthcare space, with its highly regulated environment, is essential. Experience in an agency setting is preferred.

This range reflects total target compensation for this position, including base salary and variable pay.
