Art Director
Role Overview As an Art Director, you will craft compelling design solutions across print and digital ecosystems—including email, web, direct mail, display ads, and social media. Balancing high-level conceptual thinking with meticulous execution, you will partner closely with copywriters, strategists, and cross-functional business partners to translate insights into brand-aligned, high-performing creative.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution: Develop noise-canceling design for integrated multi-channel campaigns while adhering to core brand standards.
Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside creative teams and business stakeholders, leveraging consumer data and strategic insights to guide design decisions.
Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines, consistently delivering polished, error-free work on schedule.
Process & Growth: Challenge standard workflows to elevate customer experiences, selectively build from scratch versus leveraging existing assets to optimize output.
Communication: Articulate and present creative concepts persuasively to varied internal stakeholders; actively seek, synthesize, and apply feedback.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional design experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
1–2 years of experience with UI prototyping tools (Figma preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience
Background in UX/UI design, wireframing, or motion graphics (Adobe After Effects/Premiere)
Experience in targeted marketing disciplines: B2B, Performance, Experiential, or Direct Response
Prior experience within the financial services sector
Familiarity with photography, video production/editing, or AI prompt engineering
