The Opportunity
We’re working with a forward-thinking creative studio in New York City that’s pushing boundaries in design, motion, and production. As a Sr 3D Designer & Art Director, you’ll collaborate closely with Creative Directors and teams of artists to craft a strong artistic vision and guide projects from concept to delivery. What you’ll be doing
Leading art direction and maintaining creative quality across multiple projects
Working closely with Creative Directors and senior leadership to shape the studio’s creative vision.
Providing hands-on guidance in 3D (C4D or Houdini) while managing schedules and budgets.
Mentoring, inspiring, and growing the creative team in alignment with studio values.
Ensuring the highest standards of design, motion, and production are consistently met.
Developing innovative content that elevates both project outcomes and the studio’s brand in the industry.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in leading 3D design projects, with a background at highly regarded studios (freelance or full-time).
Strong technical proficiency in C4D or Houdini with a design-centric mindset.
