Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Art Designer / Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position combines graphic design, order processing, and customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, creating custom artwork, and keeping projects organized from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Create custom faceplate designs, marketing materials, and other artwork using customer-provided samples and worksheets.
Review and proof artwork for accuracy, spelling, and grammar.
Receive and process customer purchase orders through the company's order management system.
Send artwork proofs to customers for review and approval.
Respond to customer questions and requests by phone and email.
Coordinate with customers, coworkers, and other departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
1–2 years of previous office experience in customer service, project management, or a related field.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and order management systems.
Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attendance and employment history.
