Indiana Armory Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
SCOPE
The Armory Coordinator is a part time, 10 month, 15-20 hours a week position. The Coordinator will be responsible for purchasing, sales and inventory of Christian Academy spirit wear. The hours for the Armory are Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:30 - 4:00 PM throughout the school year and during select home games and major school events (Back-to-School Day, Open House, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate shall possess characteristics that reflect:
- A strong clear Christian testimony with a mature and godly spirit
- A daily example of the highest Christian virtue both in and out of school
- Commitment to faithful attendance and support of a church whose beliefs are in agreement with the Statement of Faith
The ideal candidate shall possess:
- 2-3 years retail experience preferred
- The flexibility in schedule to coordinate with store hours
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective verbal and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will manage sales, purchasing, inventory control, reporting, designing, stocking and merchandising of the retail store.

- Enhance relationships with students, parents and school alumni
- Accurate and up-to-date record keeping of sales and purchases
- Assure excellent stewardship of God's resources in time, talent and treasure
- Operate within established annual budget

The Armory Coordinator is responsible to the Director of Athletics
