What You'll DoAs an Armed Security Professional, you will play a critical role in protecting people, property, and operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting routine patrols of assigned properties
- Monitoring facilities and identifying potential security concerns
- Enforcing access control procedures
- Responding to incidents and emergencies professionally
- Preparing detailed incident and activity reports
- Maintaining security equipment and reporting deficiencies
- Assisting with investigations when necessary
- Interacting professionally with clients, visitors, and team members
- Supporting a safe, welcoming, and secure environment

Security experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds who demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a strong willingness to learn.
Required Qualifications- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC)
- Valid Illinois Firearm Owner's Identification (FOID) Card
- Completion of Illinois state-required 40-hour firearms training through an approved provider
- Ability to maintain Firearm Control Card (FCC) eligibility and annual firearm qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain composed during emergencies and high-pressure situations
Preferred Qualifications- Experience conducting patrols and incident response
- Knowledge of access control procedures
- Familiarity with surveillance and security equipment
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required)
- Report-writing experience
