Phalanx Executive Protection & Security Services LLC is currently seeking highly trained, dedicated, and vigilant armed security professionals for permanent positions at an educational facility in Kendall. We are hiring for both an Armed School Supervisor and Armed School Security Guards.

Position 1: Armed School Supervisor
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the on-site security team.
Coordinate directly with school administration and Phalanx leadership to ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed.
Conduct daily briefings, shift handovers, and perimeter vulnerability assessments.
Respond immediately to any on-campus incidents, acting as the primary point of contact for local law enforcement if required.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Active state armed security licensing.
Ability to maintain a highly professional demeanor and de-escalate high-stress situations.
Position 2: Armed School Security Guard
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Control access points, verify credentials, and monitor visitor entries and exits.
Conduct regular foot patrols of the campus grounds, buildings, and parking areas.
Maintain a visible, deterrent presence to ensure the safety of all students, faculty, and staff.
Report any suspicious activities or facility vulnerabilities to the Site Supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
Active state armed security licensing.
Excellent situational awareness and communication skills.
Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
