As a Security Officer Armed Full Time Patrol in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a government location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to situations as needed, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This armed role requires an Armed Guard Card/License and offers the opportunity to deliver through teamwork while demonstrating integrity, reliability, agility, and care for people.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a government services location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering restricted areas in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, access concerns, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
