Arkansas Coding Academy is seeking a self-motivated, organized student employee with strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional approach. The ideal candidate will be a UCA junior or senior majoring in a technical field within the College of Science and Engineering or College of Business. This position is ideal for a student who is passionate about technology, customer service, and supporting student success.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with ArCA faculty, staff, and industry partners to meet Academy needs
• Work independently and efficiently on projects assigned by ArCA staff
• Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines with successful completion of work
• Ability to work inclusively in a diverse setting
• Maintain confidentiality, be punctual, and communicate changes in work schedule in advance
• Other duties as assigned
