Area Vice President - Alaska, Washington & Oregon
Classic Collision is seeking an experienced Area Vice President to lead operations across Alaska, Washington, and Oregon. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and achieving strategic growth across the region.
Location: Candidates must reside in Alaska, Washington, or Oregon.
Travel: Approximately 75% travel throughout the assigned territory.
Compensation: $175,000-$190,000 annually, based on experience, plus bonus and equity opportunities.

Job Summary
The Area Vice President (AVP) of Operations is responsible for leading all operational and financial activities within a designated metropolitan market. This includes oversight of performance, growth, team development, customer relationships, and profitability. The AVP plays a strategic leadership role, ensuring alignment with company goals while upholding Classic Collision's standards for operational excellence, service quality, and industry leadership.
This role requires a strong business acumen, proven leadership, and a deep understanding of collision repair operations to maintain Classic Collision's position as a best-in-class employer and service provider.
