We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Area Supervisor to oversee multiple locations for a high-performing franchise organization operating across Oklahoma. This is a full-ownership role for someone who leads from the front, develops people relentlessly, and holds the line on operational excellence across every shift, every location, every day.
Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 base | Performance bonus | Company vehicle | Mobile phone | Full benefits
What You'll Do
Build and sustain a deep internal succession pipeline by identifying, coaching, and advancing Store Managers, Shift Leaders, and emerging talent at every level
Drive continuous performance improvement by monitoring leading indicators and key metrics — balancing people, financial, and guest experience outcomes equally
Own district P&L — deliver on annual targets with a sharp focus on top-line sales growth, labor productivity, and food cost management
Train, coach, and inspire all locations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high-quality kitchen operations in full compliance with brand standards
Lead Store Manager development through structured goal-setting, ongoing coaching, and meaningful feedback — connecting personal growth to business results
Grow top-line sales by fostering community connections, leveraging technology and marketing initiatives, executing new product launches, and applying an effective local merchandising strategy
Build strong cross-functional partnerships that remove barriers and keep each restaurant focused on customers, people, and results
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that encourages best-practice sharing, healthy competition, and commitment to organizational goals
Strengthen community connections within each restaurant's neighborhood by leading Store Managers to become true brand ambassadors

Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier restaurant talent across multiple locations
Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding profit and sales targets in a multi-unit environment
Strong decision-making skills — you assess situations quickly and take decisive, effective action
A servant-leadership mindset — collaborative, accountable, and genuinely team-oriented
Unwavering sense of urgency and full ownership of results
Ability to deliver an outstanding experience for both team members and guests
Proficiency with POS systems, restaurant technology, and Microsoft Office
