    Required Qualifications 
    Qualifications
    ·         Previous experience in leading highly motivated teams. 
    ·         Experience with Cost of Goods control and understanding of Inventories in a restaurant or similar business environment. 
    ·         Ability to hire, train and retain a well-performing team while having fun. 
    ·         Enjoys people and the interactions with both your internal and external customers.  
    REQUIREMENTS:
    ·         Must be at least 18 years of age 
    ·         Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion 
    ·         Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time 
    ·         Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push on occasion 
    ·         Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.) 
    ·         Must be able to drive 
    ·         Contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items 
    ·         Frequent washing of hands 
    ·         Must be able to use computers, telephones, and office equipment
