Job Details

Qualifications / Needed:
  • Minimum 5-7 years in medical device trauma sales
  • 3-5 years of Orthopedic Trauma distribution recruitment and support experience
  • Strong background in trauma market products and hospital relationship management
  • Proven track record of sales success in medical device or trauma markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Territory Coverage:

Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Serve as the principal Orthopedic Trauma expert in the Southeast territory
  • Increase availability of our product in national Level I & II trauma centers
  • Identify, recruit, and support specialty distributor partners
  • Prepare and manage distributor contracts, including territory and quota setting
  • Develop and execute trauma business plans and account strategies
  • Navigate hospital value analysis committees (VAC) to drive sales strategy
  • Present, train, and provide product demos for distributors, hospital staff, and physicians
  • Deliver continuing education (CE) seminars and stay current on clinical literature
  • Maintain compliance with FDA, AdvaMed, and quality system procedures
