We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to lead our multi-hotel sales team and drive revenue growth.

  • Lead and execute sales strategies, achieve booking and revenue goals, and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct proactive sales efforts, including outside calls, meetings, and marketing activities.
  • Develop account plans, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster community partnerships and participate in trade shows and events.
  • Support customer service standards, manage contracts, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with property teams and provide market intelligence for strategic planning.

  • Qualifications: High school diploma (college preferred), 3+ years hotel sales experience, leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be able to relocate to Birmingham, Alabama.
