Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company goals
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Analyze sales data and trends to uncover new growth opportunities
- Assist and coordinate NHOP activities
- Maintain standardized sales policies and procedures
- Manage LNR Accounts & Groups effectively
- Establish and nurture relationships with each CVB and Chamber
- Ensure Monthly Action Plans are executed by Sales Associates
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in sales with consistent achievement of targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to perform overnight travel
- Strong knowledge of all local areas
- High school degree or equivalent
