About the role
The Southern California Area Sales Manager (ASM) is the primary external representative of Sulzer's Electro Mechanical Services (EMS) and is financially responsible for the Order Intake, Gross Profit Margin, and Operating Net Cash-Flow. You will engage clients and promote/represent Sulzer's RES businesses (Pumps and Turbo) to provide full RES Services to Southern California. You will prospect new sales opportunities with clients from first contact to the closure of orders and/or until projects have been completed. You will work closely with other Sulzer teams including Inside Sales, Business Process, Operations, Engineering, Finance, QC, Safety, and HR to secure, ship, and invoice profitable orders.
