Hunton Services, a division of Hunton Group, has a new and exciting opportunity for you to join our organization as an Area Operations Supervisor (AOS) in Houston, TX. The AOS exists to increase team capacity, strengthen daily execution, reduce communication and follow-through gaps, and improve consistency across field operations. This role supports the team by owning daily operating rhythm, operational readiness, issue follow-through, and escalation support, while working in close alignment with the Area Service Manager (ASM) and the broader support structure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Own the daily operating rhythm of the assigned service team and maintain follow-through on priorities, commitments, and open operational issues.
Maintain visibility to field readiness, technician skill coverage, manpower needs, workload constraints, and operational support requirements.
Identify communication gaps, execution risks, resource constraints, and issues that may affect customers or team performance.
Coordinate resolution of operational issues across field personnel, Field Supervisors, Resource Coordinators, customers, and the Area Service Manager.
Serve as the operational escalation point for customer issues that move beyond routine scheduling or coordination.
Participate in operational customer meetings, issue-resolution discussions, and execution-related follow-up.
Support Field Supervisors with alignment, coaching, technician-development needs, field-readiness concerns, and execution barriers.
Reinforce expectations related to technician accountability, communication, documentation, quality, and professional field execution.
Support resolution of scheduling conflicts, WIP barriers, job-completion issues, and execution concerns affecting invoicing or customer communication.
Maintain regular alignment with the Area Service Manager regarding team priorities, customer concerns, operating risks, and support needs.
Escalate significant risks, unresolved issues, and broader team concerns in a timely manner.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
