Retail Area Manager – South Florida
Are you a results-driven retail leader with a passion for sales, client relationships, and team development? We are seeking a dynamic Retail Area Manager to lead one flagship store while overseeing 2–4 additional locations across South Florida. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in driving revenue, building client loyalty, and developing high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do
Drive Sales & Client Outreach
Lead from the front as a top seller, setting the standard for sales performance and client engagement
Build and execute local outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and client base (events, partnerships, networking)
Analyze business trends and KPIs to identify opportunities and take swift action to maximize sales
Champion a strong Clienteling culture across all stores to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty
Lead Multi-Store Operations
Oversee 2–4 stores while directly managing one location
Allocate time effectively across locations based on business needs and performance opportunities
Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, customer experience, and operational excellence
Develop High-Performing Teams
Recruit, train, and develop store leaders and sales teams
Coach teams to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional service
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous growth
Operational & Visual Excellence
Maintain strong operational controls, inventory management, and compliance across all locations
Partner with visual teams to ensure stores are optimized for sales and brand presentation
Utilize reporting tools to monitor performance and drive improvements

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a multi-unit or area retail manager
Strong track record of driving sales and growing client relationships
Hands-on leadership style—you’re comfortable running a store while leading others
Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and act quickly
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Tech-savvy (POS systems, Google Suite, Apple devices, etc.)
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
