Pinnacle Building Services is looking for a Territory Partner to help us grow our Ashland market. This is a unique opportunity to join an established, locally owned commercial cleaning company while taking an active role in building and growing your own territory within Pinnacle.

You'll begin with an established group of commercial customers and be responsible for maintaining those relationships, ensuring quality service, developing new business, and eventually building a team to support your growing territory.

What You'll Do

• • Service and maintain existing commercial cleaning account

• • Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service

• • Personally perform a significant portion of the cleaning as you learn and grow the territory

• • Prospect for and sell new commercial cleaning accounts

• • Identify opportunities to grow near existing customers

• • Recruit, train, and develop team members as the territory expands

• • Monitor quality, labor, supplies, and overall territory performance

• • Represent Pinnacle professionally throughout the Ashland business community

In a nutshell, as a Territory Partner, you'll be responsible for leading the people, managing day-to-day operations, and growing the business within your territory.

Commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. We can teach you our systems and processes. We're looking for the right person with the right attitude and desire to grow.
