If you are a natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves building strong teams, this is the position for you.What You'll DoAs an Area Manager, you will take full ownership of cleaning operations across your assigned region. Your main focus will be managing field personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and building strong relationships with our clients.Lead Field Teams: Manage daily staffing, schedule coverage, and conduct hands-on training for new hires to ensure high operational efficiency.Maintain High Standards: Perform regular, detailed quality assurance inspections across all facilities to ensure our cleaning teams meet Clean Team's high quality benchmarks.Drive Client Satisfaction: Act as the primary contact for client communications.
