    The pay for this position is between $80,000- $85,000 annually.

    $5,000 sign-on bonus

    3 weeks (pro-rated) paid vacation to start & excellent health/dental/vision coverage!

    9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal time

     

    We are seeking a dynamic Area Manager to join our engaged and incredibly talented team. The Crisis Services Area Manager is a vital member of our leadership team reporting directly to the Division Director or Assistant Director. Leading the day-to-day operation, including case consultation and supervision of crisis intervention specialists, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care throughout your region – making an impact on your staff, our clients and the community!

    To be considered, you will need:

    • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field and VT licensure required (LCMHC, LADC, or LICSW)
    • Experience working with individuals experiencing a mental health crisis
    • Demonstrated knowledge of mental illness and developmental disabilities
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Supervisory experience
    • Knowledge of the VT mental health system of care
    • QMHP designation preferred; onsite training offered
