The Area Manager will play a key role by providing multi-site operational leadership for our after-school programs.Pay & Benefits:Salary $70,000 - $75,000 based on education and experienceFull-time benefits including health, dental, vision, disability benefits, retirement, life, and paid time offDeep discounts on program tuition (Bring your school-age child to work for $10/week)Here's what you will need:BA or BS in a related fieldStrong organizational and supervisory skills are required, preferably in a multi-site environmentCPR and First Aid certifiedMust be enthusiastic, energetic, creative and sensitive to childrenStrong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with a diverse populationKnowledge of state policies and procedures regarding child care regulationsProven ability to provide a supportive and caring environment for childrenStrong ability to oversee and manage multiple school locations in the district.
