The Area Maintenance Specialist ensures that the operations of the properties in an assigned area are in compliance with maintenance standards and expectations. This position collaborates with property management to ensure proper execution of a preventative building maintenance schedule for assigned properties.
This position will be based out of several affordable housing apartment communities in the Denver area.
Pay: $34-37/hour, depending on experience.
