Operations is vital to delivering tens of thousands of products daily worldwide. The Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team ensures all robotics and material handling equipment (MHE) operate safely and efficiently.

As an Area Maintenance Manager, you will lead a maintenance team, develop strategies, and solve complex challenges to optimize workplace safety and performance. Key responsibilities include mentoring technicians, managing preventative maintenance, coordinating with external contractors, and monitoring MHE metrics.

Requirements include a degree or 2+ years RME experience, 4+ years of maintenance, 2+ years in leadership, and CMMS proficiency. Preferred qualifications are advanced degrees, certifications, project management, and MHE experience.
