    Director of Fairfield County Region


    The director of the Fairfield County Region will drive the growth and expansion of The Impeccable Nanny Agency and Sitter Service. This role will be responsible for expanding our market presence, attracting families (for our sitter and nanny divisions), maintaining strong relationships within the community. Must live full time in the Lower Fairfield County, CT area.


    Key Responsibilities:




    • Market Growth & Expansion:




      • Have deep connections in the community.




      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance regional growth.




      • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of industry changes and opportunities






    • Networking & Relationship Building:




      • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and parenting groups to enhance the agency’s presence and reputation.




      • Represent the agency at community events to promote our services and attract potential clients and sitters.




      • Collaborate with local schools, daycare centers, and other relevant organizations to foster partnerships and referrals.






    • Performance Management:




      • Monitor and assess the performance of the Fairfield County region to ensure targets and goals are met.




      • Analyze and report on key metrics related to sitter recruitment, client satisfaction, and market growth.




      • Implement improvements and adjustments as needed to optimize regional performance.






      • Administrative Support




        • Provide administrative support to the agency as a whole to realize large nationwide goals.









    Qualifications and Skills




    • Must be well connected in the community


    • Must love people



    • Must have 10 -12 hours per week during the hours of 9-5 Eastern to work


    • Critical thinker and problem-solver




    • Organized and self-motivated




    • Excellent time management




    • Exceptional at communication and building relationships




    • Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Being familiar with project management software is also an asset
