• Overseeperformanceofsafeandeffectivehemodialysisfollowingallapplicableguidelines in multiple hospitals.

• Directandorganizemultiplehospital'shemodialysisprogram.

• Implementpoliciesforsafeandeffectivecare.

• Supervisedialysisstafftoensurehigh-qualitypatientcare.

• Representtheprogramwithinhospitalmanagementandcommunitysettings.

• Collaboratewithaninterdisciplinaryteamtocommunicatepatientconcernsandchanges promptly.

Qualifications:

• LicenseorCertification:

oCurrentRNlicensureasperstateregulations.

oBLS (CPR)certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

oACLSwithin1yearofhire.

• MinimumQualifications:

oOneyearofinpatienthospitalexperience(preferred).

oOneyearofdialysisnursingexperience(preferred).

oInpatientrehabilitationexperience(preferred).

• Excellentcommunicationskills.

• Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementabilities.

• Criticalthinkingandproblem-solvingskills.

• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmakeinformeddecisions.
