Summary:
This ACSC role is a multifunction role for a high profiled Vertical customers. Looking for someone who is CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way.
- Great personality with a can-do-attitude, reliable, very friendly and courteous, fast learner that can work through Office 365 and various other applications seamlessly and has great communication skills (both written and oral).
- Looking for someone with the following types of experience: Front of House: Reception / Hospitality / Conference room & meeting support (AV minor support), Pantry support AND Office support: Mail, Production: copy, scanning, Fax, Copier/Printer Fleet support 1st response.
- Need to be strategic in candidate selections with extensive background in Customer service.
- Diving as far as 50 miles with own personal car would be a requirement.
- The candidate will be traveling to areas in King of Prussia, Mt Laurel, Philadelphia and more.

The Front of House (FOH) Services include (but not limited to):
Reception Services
- Answer calls within three rings and deal with these queries efficiently
- Phone script for answering phones. Encourage contagious habit of smiling.
- Ensure all visitors and colleagues are greeted when entering the reception area
- Ensure emails are dealt with efficiently and any extra administrative support is provided
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
Visitor Processing
- Register all visitors with building security portal
- Visitor names are going to be provided by colleagues or meeting organizers via email
- Ensure visitors sign-in Visitor s Log
- Contact colleagues or meeting organizers to inform them their visitor(s) are in the reception area.
For internal meetings direct visitors to the scheduled conference rooms.
- Assign visitor/guest security cards in accordance with the site procedures
- Maintain inventory of security cards and report missing cards promptly to Facilities
- Services.
Conference / Meeting Support
- Meetings can range from 4 to 50 attendees and occasionally meetings can have attendees from 50 to 100 plus.
- Supporting Conference Rooms and Team Rooms
Catering Support Services
- Meeting hosts and Administrative Assistants will provide all catering requests to the Front of House team, and it is the responsibility of the Front of House team to place the orders.
- Processing and coding of Catering invoices
Back of House/Office Support:
- Copy/Print support
- Copier/Printer - First responder
- Mail (receive, sort & deliver)
- Packages (receive & deliver)
- Outbound packages (process and prep for pick up)
Physical requirements: Occasional lifting for Hospitality catering support, Mail & packages. Must be able to list 15-30 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Requires high school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience. Post High School education encouraged and preferred
- Could be required to move locations in one day should the business require it. Also, ability to cover accounts between 40-50 miles
- Requires valid, violation-free driver s license along with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage
- Requires intermediate skill level on most common software applications including file folder management and navigating to network production folders.
- Must maintain and accurately submit monthly expenses in a timely manner following proper coding requirements.
- Possesses ability to work in a team environment by maintaining positive, productive relationships with co-workers
- Possesses ability to adapt to changing situations, flexibility, high motivation, and sense of urgency.
- Possesses basic math skills.
- Possesses judgment in making sound justifiable decisions and taking action in solving problems.

- Possesses proficiency in the use of Microsoft and computers.
- Routinely may be asked to report to an alternate site on any given day which could result in walking, driving or other modes of transportation to that alternate site and a longer commute time that exceeds scheduled shift
