Primary Function
The Materials LCS CIC is a strategic leader within the Materials Team responsible for championing and executing Logistics and Customer Service (LCS) initiatives across the organization. This role owns the successful delivery of LCS-driven transformation projects whilst driving continuous improvement in material flow optimization and cost reduction. The Successful candidate will coordinate cross-functionally with Work Organization (WO), Safety, and other plant continuous improvement leaders to embed World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology throughout the materials operations. This position demands ownership of project outcomes, accountability for measurable results aligned to departmental savings targets, and commitment to elevating the technical and operational competency of the team through structured coaching and knowledge transfer.

Training & Licensing Requirements: Forklifts, tuggers, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), pallet jacks, dock locks, hand trucks, dollies, scanners/tablets, telemetry systems, measuring instruments
Material Handled: Raw materials, production parts and supplies, semi-finished and finished goods, packaging containers and equipment
