NOW HIRING | Area Coach — Pizza Hut | Jacksonville, FL

We're looking for an experienced, high-energy Area Coach to lead a portfolio of Pizza Hut locations across the Jacksonville, FL territory — including Palatka, MacClenny, Lake City, Yulee, Starke, and St. Marys, GA. This is a full-ownership role for a people-first operator who develops great managers, drives consistent brand execution, and delivers strong financial results every period.

Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 base | Performance bonus | Full benefits

Current Pizza Hut brand experience is required — candidates without active Pizza Hut knowledge will not be considered.


The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for the operational success of 6 Pizza Hut locations across the FL/GA market, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. What You'll Do

  • Develop, coach, and hold Restaurant General Managers and their teams accountable to brand standards and operational excellence
  • Build and maintain a strong leadership bench to support growth and reduce management turnover
  • Ensure consistent operational execution across all locations in food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness
  • Analyze P&L statements, performance metrics, and key business indicators to drive profitability and identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of management-level team members
  • Conduct regular store visits with structured coaching sessions and documented action plans for continuous improvement
  • Foster a collaborative, team-first culture rooted in core organizational values
  • Engage with and support local communities through outreach initiatives and brand representation

What You Bring

  • Current Pizza Hut experience — this is a firm requirement, non-negotiable
  • 5–7+ years of progressive restaurant management experience with multi-unit oversight strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of building leadership benches and developing high-potential managers
  • Strong financial acumen — P&L management, labor optimization, and food cost control
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
