We are now hiring a Candidate Experience Specialist to help guide new hires through the final stages of the recruiting and onboarding process.
About the Role
As a Candidate Experience Specialist, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for candidates after they receive an offer through the start of their in-person training.
You'll help new hires complete required paperwork, background and compliance requirements, and training while keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process. You'll also work closely with Recruiting, HR, Training, Safety, Employment Standards, and Operations to make sure candidates are ready to begin their new role.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and keeping multiple priorities moving at once.
