Job Details: Full-timeCommission basedAbility to earn $100K+ a year. A happy and fun office environment is important to us, and we work very hard to protect it. We work hard and play hard while maintaining a professional image, which is great for morale and gives our clients a different experience than they find anywhere else in town.We know it can be sensitive when you're exploring the idea of moving brokerages. All inquiries will be kept strictly confidential.Job 

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process, from initial consultation through closing.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, market analyses, and client consultations.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company-provided opportunities.
• Prepare and present competitive offers, listing agreements, marketing plans, and other transaction documents.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, listing terms, inspections, repairs, and closing details on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and other transaction partners to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow up consistently, and deliver a high level of service aligned with Livian Ascend Company standards.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in the applicable state
• Previous experience in residential real estate, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, neighborhoods, and industry regulations
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, build relationships, and close transactions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer-service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective time-management, organization, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency with real estate technology, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and standard office software
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally for showings, appointments, inspections, and closings
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable fair housing laws, licensing requirements, and company policies
