Description
Assists with the planning, organizing, and maintenance of a specified print and/or non-print archival collection. Participates in research activities based on archival materials. May assist with reference inquiries.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with determining manuscript arrangement.
- Assists with preparation of collection inventories.
- Prepares appropriate preservation housing.
- Provide background research on collections and creators.
- Preparation of biographical and scope notes for finding aids.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
