POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Director of Product – Growth & Financial Products to lead product strategy and execution for initiatives that directly enable company growth, revenue expansion, and financial product innovation. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, go‑to‑market execution, and platform capabilities, ensuring that product investments unlock measurable business outcomes. This is a highly cross-functional leadership position focused on partnering with executive stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Partnerships, and Customer Experience to define and deliver scalable solutions that support growth initiatives. The Director will translate strategic priorities into clear business requirements and product direction, working closely with Technical Product Managers who own technical translation and engineering execution. In addition, this role carries some responsibility for building, managing, and developing a high performing product organization, ensuring the team operates with clear accountability, strong execution discipline, and a relentless focus on outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with strong business acumen, deep experience in financial or revenue-driving products, and a proven ability to influence senior levels while building and leading high-performing product teams.
This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA, San Francisco, CA, with an in-office schedule set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote may be considered in exceptional cases.
