Architectural Project Manager - Columbus, OH #26-00437
An industry-leading Architecture and Engineering (A/E) firm is seeking an experienced Architectural Client/Project Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH area. Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring project requirements are met.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring adherence to clients high standards for quality and design.
- Utilize expertise in AutoCAD and Revit to oversee architectural design, millwork detailing, and construction documents.
- Manage overall project budgets, schedules, fee negotiations, and monthly client billing.
- Act as the primary interface for Structural and MEP consultants.
- Train, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for Design Associates and junior Project Managers.
- Ensure expert-level compliance with current building codes and constructability standards.
Required Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail construction or light commercial projects.
- Degree in Architecture (Professional licensure is a plus, but not required).
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is essential.
- Strong background in architectural detailing, millwork, and construction documentation.
- Intermediate knowledge of building codes and foundational understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
