Manthei Construction is a premier heavy construction and site development company with locations in Charlevoix & Traverse City, MI, as well as East Troy, WI. For over 50 years, Manthei Construction has been instrumental in the development of communities and their infrastructure all throughout Northern Michigan. As our Architectural Form Specialist, you will combine creativity, craftsmanship, and technical skill to create custom stone textures used in the production of precast concrete paving and retaining wall products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has an eye for detail, and thrives on transforming ideas and natural materials into unique, functional designs. Using materials such as natural stone, clay, rubber, wood, concrete, and steel, the Architectural FormSpecialist develops and refines textures that serve as the foundation for production molds.
