Architectural Drafter

We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter with strong Revit experience to support the development of construction documents across a diverse portfolio of projects, including pediatric clinics, veterinary hospitals and clinics, multifamily residential developments, and government facilities. This role plays a critical part in translating design concepts into accurate, high-quality technical drawings.

Pay Range:

• $42 – 48K, dependent on experience

Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter with strong Revit experience to support the development of construction documents across a diverse portfolio of projects, including pediatric clinics, veterinary hospitals and clinics, multifamily residential developments, and government facilities.
• This role plays a critical part in translating design concepts into accurate, high-quality technical drawings.

Job Duties:

• Develop, modify, and maintain construction documents using Revit for a variety of project types.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to produce coordinated drawing sets.
• Translate sketches, markups, and design intent into detailed architectural drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Support redline revisions and updates throughout project phases.
• Participate in internal QA/QC processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:   

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or 2+ years of architectural drafting experience
• Revit knowledge
