    What you'll do:

    • Produce accurate drawings and construction documents across all project phases, including floor plans, sections, and elevations from SD through CDs.

    • Develop and pick up redlines during SD and DD phases, incorporating feedback into updated drawing sets.

    • Support DD and CD 3D modeling efforts to assist design development and coordination.

    • Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities and CD packages for general contractor use.

    • Translate sketched details, sections, and notes into polished, production-ready working drawing sheets.

    • Research municipal codes, zoning ordinances, and healthcare-specific regulations to ensure compliance throughout documentation.

    • Organize and maintain project data including square footage, acreage, and parking counts in data tables.

    • Assist with design concept development, presentation drawings, and preparation for client and approval meetings.

    • Collaborate with senior design staff and a multidisciplinary team, receiving direction and following through with minimal supervision.

    • Document projects in accordance with firm standards and contribute to consistent quality across all deliverables.

    What you must have:

    • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

    • Proven experience working on healthcare projects.

    • Solid understanding of architectural documentation standards across SD, DD, and CD phases.

    • Advanced English level.

    • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work in a remote environment.

    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and efficiency in production tasks.

    • Reliability and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a full-time, project-driven engagement.
