A fast-paced residential design studio in Alpharetta is seeking an Architectural Designer with strong experience in single-family home construction documents. Youll support a growing design team by producing detailed drawings, updating redlines, and creating construction-ready documentation using AutoCAD.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in production drafting and understands residential building practices from the ground up. Projects include single-family homes and townhomesno commercial, mixed-use, or multifamily work.
What Youll Do:
Produce construction documents for residential homes using AutoCAD
Translate design details into accurate, buildable drawings
Pick up redlines and support architects across multiple active projects
Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
What You Bring:
3+ years of residential (single-family or townhome) construction document experience
Strong AutoCAD proficiency (Revit not required)
Residential homebuilding knowledge preferred
Degree not required if experience is strong
Compensation & Details:
$60K$80K salary (DOE)
Location: Alpharetta, GA 30005
Schedule: MF, flexible start (79 AM); primarily onsite
Occasional overtime; minimal travel
