The office is located in Royal Oak, MI, in a larger space near the previous location and very close to downtown, providing convenient access to local amenities. Office hours are typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the environment is described as collaborative, fast-paced, and energetic, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and shared project ownership. From the first day, team members have exposure to a wide range of project types and sizes, ensuring variety and creativity in day-to-day work and enabling faster professional growth than in more narrowly focused firms.
