Architectural Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team and support the design of innovative commercial, industrial, and advanced technology facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and has a strong background in architectural drafting and BIM modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural 3D models and construction documents using Revit.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and drawing packages.
• Incorporate design revisions and redlines into project documents.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure design accuracy.
• Maintain drawing quality and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Support multiple projects while meeting established schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Drafting, Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of architectural drafting or design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit with extensive architectural modeling experience.
• Experience producing architectural construction documents.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and architectural documentation standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial, industrial, manufacturing, laboratory, semiconductor, or healthcare facilities..
