What You’ll Do
  • Produce and coordinate detailed construction documents in Revit across all project phases.
  • Support project leads on big-box, industrial, and office projects from schematic design through CA.
  • Translate program and client goals into efficient, code-compliant plans and technical details.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design/technical issues.
  • Conduct redline revisions, QA/QC checks, and maintain drawing standards and BIM integrity.
  • Research products, materials, and systems to improve performance, cost, and constructability.
  • Participate in site observations and RFIs; document changes and update models/drawings.

What You’ll Bring
  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
  • 1–4 years of experience in an architecture firm environment.
  • Strong Revit skills with a track record of high-quality, well-organized production.
  • Familiarity with big-box retail, industrial, or office project types is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of building codes, construction assemblies, and coordination practices.
  • Clear communication, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset geared for long-term fit.
  • Progress toward licensure welcomed; eagerness to learn and grow is essential.
