Architectural Designer

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer with experience in Revit software and 3D modeling. The successful candidate will work on various design-build construction projects, including industrial, commercial, multi-family, educational, office, data centers, healthcare, and shop-style buildings. This position is with a rapidly growing design-build company known for its strong reputation.

Responsibilities

• Transform rough drawings and designs from a scanner, estimator, or architect into finished products.
• Collaborate closely with team members, including estimators, project managers, and engineers.
• Create full architectural drawing sets in Revit and AutoCAD, including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
• Work with project managers to ensure project completion at each development stage.
• Coordinate and attend project planning, design, and pre-construction meetings.
• Collaborate with civil engineers to finalize architectural and civil drawings.
• Create architectural drawings that meet building code standards, ADA code standards, and safety code standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit software and 3D modeling.
• Experience in creating architectural drawings from rough designs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Familiarity with building, ADA, and safety code standards.
