A multi-discipline consulting firm is seeking a Project Architect for their growing team in White Plains, New York!
Responsibilities:
- Assist project teams on a variety of projectsfrom design through construction administration
- Generate/manage the development ofarchitectural design and project drawings
- Coordinate architecture and engineeringdisciplines to develop/execute architectural design concepts
- Serve as a project lead/designer to completeprojects on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate client communication and teamworkwith other disciplines
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Architecture degree from anaccredited institution
- 6+ years of experience as a full-time Architector Architectural Designer
- Architectural license preferred
- Ability to define/detailarchitectural concepts and perform limited code review and program analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD,Revit, and BIM
Salary is commensurate with experience.
