The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Architect with an active Secret Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct architectural assessments of facilities and infrastructure.
• Evaluate building envelopes, finishes, and site features.
• Develop architectural designs and specifications.
• Support space utilization and master planning efforts.
• Prepare reports, estimates, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, historic preservation, and environmental requirements.
• Support Facility Condition Assessments.
