Our client is seeking an Architect/Drafter with 2-7 years of experience to work on residential projects including apartment renovations, single-family home additions, and ground-up construction. Our client is an award-winning New York City architecture firm recognized for its high-performance, sustainable, and contextually sensitive designs.

Description:
Our client is seeking an Architect/Drafter with 2-7 years of experience to work on residential projects including apartment renovations, single-family home additions, and ground-up construction. The role will focus on producing and developing construction documents while working closely with the project team. This is an ongoing opportunity with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Required:

• 2-7 years of architectural experience
• AutoCAD
• Rhino
• Residential project experience
• Strong construction documentation skills

Education:
Degree in Architecture, Design, or related field

Salary / Hourly:
$30-45 p/hour

Schedule / Type:
Ongoing / Hybrid — 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
