Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Senior Architect experienced in lab design to their Milwaukee team!
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans for lab and high-techfacilities including teaching/research
- Working as part of a team, developflexible planning grids, lab organization diagram and service distributionconcepts
- Document laboratory systems (casework,lab equipment, and lab space development)
- Assist with business development(proposal development, client interviews/presentations)
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Use technical expertise to lead team
- Mentor junior staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of experience in architecturallab programming/planning
- Registered Architect
- LEED AP preferred
- Experience managing clients, projectteams, and project processes
- Desire to learn more aboutsustainability
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit,SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software
Salary is commensurate with experience.
