Experience: 3-6 years experience, licensed architectural staff
Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program, plus three to six years of related experience who may be licensed or actively pursuing licensure. Fully competent in all conventional aspects of architecture. Has a useful degree of knowledge to provide design and technical solutions. Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural design for projects of moderate size and complexity. Performs analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts. Prepares project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience with similar scope projects
- Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Architecture, or Master of Architecture degree
- Architectural graduate who may be licensed or actively pursuing licensure
- Useful degree of knowledge to provide design and technical solutions
Responsibilities:
- upport project teams for design and/or technical documentation preparation and perform tasks under full supervision of project architect and senior/project designer
- Conduct design research for project teams, including building products and building code research
- Produce graphic presentations, design models for design studies, and presentations
- Maintain effective communication with all team members
- Accountable for successful completion of assigned tasks
Skillsets
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, rendering platforms (Lumion, Enscape), Bluebeam, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated competency in multiple aspects of the overall project design and delivery process with the ability to work independently within the project team context
- Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
- Demonstrated communication skills in corresponding with internal and external project team members
