Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team Greenville. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of new buildings and structures, as well as remodeling existing spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and construction processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs based on client requirements and project constraints
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software
• Work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project success
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
