He/she should be able to work seamlessly across both cloud and on-premise environments. Secondary skills in .NET, SQL server, Java and Docker will support application integration and modernization efforts. Additionally, the resource should be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Github Co-pilot) to improve efficiency, automate tasks and accelerate delivery
