  • Own integrations between Archibus and other CBRE technology applications, such as IoT data and CMMS.
  • Manage the client relationship with the space planning and workplace strategy group, including their day-to-day interaction with Archibus data.
  • Understand the client's needs for space planning and workplace experience and how those needs can be supported through Archibus.
  • Work with the CBRE business intelligence group to develop useful analytics, dashboards, and tools.
  • Establish data governance and standards for space, building, and organizational data (e.g., space types, naming conventions, room and department assignments), and run regular data quality audits against floor plans and drawings.
  • Plan and manage Archibus upgrades, patches, and release testing, including test environments, user acceptance testing, and change control.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials, and train new and existing users.
  • Coordinate with the Archibus software vendor and hosting, IT, and implementation partners to resolve issues and plan upgrades.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for system performance, ticket resolution, data quality, and user adoption, and provide executive-level reporting on Archibus program performance.
  • Ensure alignment with CBRE and client standards, client cyber security policies, and compliance requirements, including access reviews and audit support.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate workflows and expand Archibus capabilities into analytics and AI technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders to support Archibus adoption and value realization.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience administering or managing a CAFM, IWMS, or similar facilities technology platform
  • Hands-on experience with Archibus or a comparable CAFM/IWMS platform, including configuration, administration, and delivery of enhancements.

  • Familiarity with SQL, native reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or similar analytics tools).
  • Experience managing service tickets and enhancement backlogs, with the ability to prioritize competing requests.
  • Ability to translate complex operational needs into technical requirements, scalable solutions, and product roadmaps.
  • Understanding of data governance, user access controls, and cyber security requirements for enterprise systems.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (support, engineering, FM operations, business intelligence, finance, and business stakeholders).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from space and facilities data.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in client relationship management, executive-level reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
